Eligibility Criteria
- The eligibility criteria are as follows: To apply, you must be a government employee or one of the family members is a government employee.
- The employee must be registered under Punjab Apply Bannu Blunt Funds.
- The student must have secured at least 60% marks in the annual examination in his final year. Students studying in a government or recognized private institution will be eligible to apply.
- The scholarship will be applied to students of Matric, Intermediate, Inter-graduates.
Fill Out the Application Form
Download or obtain the Educational Scholarship Application Form from the Punjab Benevolent Fund office.
- Fill in all sections clearly in Urdu and English, as required.
- Attach a recent passport-size photograph of the student.
Attach Supporting Documents
- CNIC copies of parents/guardian.
- Form-B or CNIC of the student.
- Result card or transcript verified by the Board/University.
- Registration certificate for private institutions.
- Proof of affiliation (if applicable).
- Deduction evidence of the White Fund (from payroll or salary slip).
- Retirement or death certificate (if required).
Authentication
- Authenticate the details with the Head of the Student’s Institution or an authorized officer.
- The form should also be signed by a Gazetted Officer where required.
Submission
- Submit the completed application form and all required documents to the Punjab Benevolent Fund Office or any designated district office.
- Retain a receipt or acknowledgment for future reference.
