The Benazir Kafaalat and Nashonuma Program had distributed substantial funds to millions of beneficiaries worldwide – evidence of its broad reach.

For example, 72 billion PKR was distributedto 8 million beneficiaries in July alone! Furthermore, its distribution mechanisms have expanded significantly, with various modes, such as Pakistan Post Money Orders, Smart Cards, Mobile Banking Debit Cards, and Biometric Verification Systems,s all being adopted to ensure aid reaches recipients efficiently and transparently.

Kafalat Criteria & Registration

• STEP 1:- A household that falls within the approved cut-off will be declared as “Eligible”.
• STEP 2:- Only an ever-married female with a valid CNIC and cleared from profiling in an
  eligible households will be declared as beneficiaries.
• STEP3:- Message/SMS will sent to eligible beneficiary on provided mobile number from
  8171.
• STEP 4:-After receiving SMS, Beneficiary will visit nearest POS in her Tehsil / District

New Update of BISP Nashonuma Program Apply Online 2024-25

On July 31, 2023: Federal Minister Shazia Marri visited the Benazir Nashonuma Center in Sindh. The program aims to improve health and nutrition for pregnant women and children under two years old by providing additional cash incentives and promoting health check-ups and nutrition

There are various channels to find and register for the BISP Nashunuma Program;

1. App Installation – Download the Ehsaas App and complete the registration process.
2. In-Person Registration – If you have an original CNIC, register at the nearest Ehsaas facility in your locality.
3. Web Portal Registration —You can also apply for the BISP 2024 program online via the 8171 web portal.
4. SMS Application – Or you can simply send an SMS to 8171, including your CNIC number.
5. Online Form Submission – Also, if you want to apply seamlessly online, fill out the registration form at www.pass.gov.pk.
