As a part of this process, Benazir Registration Centers (BRCs) have been established at the Tehsil level. These centers help families who were previously missed in surveys or need to update their household information.

This article explains the complete NSER registration process at BRCs, step by step.

Step 1: Check Survey Eligibility Status

Before visiting the center, you can check whether your household is surveyed or eligible through:

• Online Portal: Visit https://8171.pass.gov.pk
• SMS: Send your CNIC number to 8171

Step 2: Visit Information Counter / Triage Counter

At the Benazir Registration Center, the process begins at the Information Desk:

1. Enter the center and stand in queue.
2. Priority will be given to differently-abled persons, pregnant women, and senior citizens.
3. Provide your CNIC or CNIC of any family member.
4. If you have received a BISP Kafalat Programme eligibility letter, share it with the screening officer.

CNIC Screening Process:

• If you are already surveyed but need to update information, you will be given a token for Roster Update.
• If you are not surveyed yet, you will be issued a token for a New Survey.
• If you have received a Kafalat eligibility letter but need CNIC verification, you will be moved to the Priority Counter to provide the CNIC of an ever-married female in your household.

After screening, move to the next counter, called the Data Entry Desk, and wait for your turn according to your token number.

Step 3: Data Entry Counter / Registration Desk

At the Data Entry Desk:

1. Provide your CNIC, CNICs of household members, and B-Form of all children.
   • Make sure CNICs are updated with NADRA (marital status, widow status, disability, etc.).
2. The Data Entry Officer (DEO) will ask detailed questions about your:
   • Household members
   • Education
   • Health
   • Assets and income
3. Answer truthfully and clearly. If you do not understand any question, ask the officer for clarification.
4. Provide an active mobile number for official communication.
5. After completing the survey, keep your Token Receipt safe and leave the center.

Step 4: After the Survey

Once your survey is completed:

1. You will receive a survey confirmation SMS from 8171 on your registered mobile number.
2. If found eligible, you may receive a BISP Kafalat Programme letter.
3. You can also check your eligibility anytime at https://8171.pass.gov.pk.
4. Alternatively, you may visit the nearest BISP Tehsil Office/BRC, meet the Assistant Director or relevant BISP officer, and submit your application for eligibility confirmation.

مرحلہ 2: انفارمیشن کاؤنٹر / اسکریننگ کاؤنٹر

CNIC اسکریننگ کا عمل:

• اگر آپ پہلے سے سروے ہو چکے ہیں اور صرف معلومات اپڈیٹ کرنی ہیں تو آپ کو Roster Update کے لیے ٹوکن دیا جائے گا۔
• اگر آپ کا سروے نہیں ہوا تو آپ کو نیا سروے کا ٹوکن جاری کیا جائے گا۔
• اگر آپ کو کفالت پروگرام کا خط ملا ہے اور CNIC اپڈیٹ درکار ہے تو آپ کو پرايورٹی کاؤنٹر پر بھیج دیا جائے گا جہاں آپ گھر کی شادی شدہ خاتون کا CNIC فراہم کریں گے۔

اسکریننگ کے بعد آپ ڈیٹا انٹری ڈیسک پر جائیں اور اپنے ٹوکن نمبر کے مطابق انتظار کریں۔

مرحلہ 3: ڈیٹا انٹری کاؤنٹر / رجسٹریشن ڈیسک

ڈیٹا انٹری ڈیسک پر:

1. اپنا CNIC، گھر کے افراد کے CNIC اور بچوں کے B-Form فراہم کریں۔
   • تمام CNICs کو NADRA کے مطابق اپڈیٹ کروائیں (ازدواجی حیثیت، بیوہ کی حیثیت، معذوری وغیرہ)۔
2. ڈیٹا انٹری آفیسر (DEO) آپ سے درج ذیل معلومات کے بارے میں سوال کرے گا:
   • گھریلو تفصیلات
   • تعلیم
   • صحت
   • اثاثے اور آمدنی
3. سچائی کے ساتھ جوابات دیں۔ اگر کوئی سوال سمجھ نہ آئے تو وضاحت مانگیں۔
4. لازمی طور پر فعال موبائل نمبر فراہم کریں۔
5. سروے مکمل ہونے پر آپ کو ٹوکن رسید دی جائے گی، جسے سنبھال کر رکھیں۔

مرحلہ 4: سروے کے بعد

سروے مکمل ہونے کے بعد:

1. آپ کو 8171 سے سروے کنفرمیشن ایس ایم ایس موصول ہوگا۔
2. اگر آپ اہل قرار پائے تو آپ کو بینظیر کفالت پروگرام کا خط مل سکتا ہے۔
3. آپ کسی بھی وقت اپنی اہلیت دوبارہ https://8171.pass.gov.pk پر چیک کر سکتے ہیں۔
4. اس کے علاوہ، قریبی بینظیر رجسٹریشن سینٹر یا تحصیل آفس میں جا کر اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر سے بھی رابطہ کر سکتے ہیں۔
